If you ordered the wrong shade, you can return the product as long as it hasn’t been used. In this case, we only offer exchanges for the desired shade.

– Consistency Issues: Products that did not meet the required quality standards in terms of color, texture, or size consistency.
– Printing Issues: Items with printing errors, such as misaligned prints, smudges, or incorrect labeling.
– Packaging Issues: Products with damaged or imperfect packaging, including torn boxes, dented containers, or missing seals.
These leftover products may still be functional and usable but might not meet the standards for regular retail distribution. We offer them at a discounted price to ensure they find a new home and reduce waste.

5. What is the process for return, exchange, or refund?

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, please follow these steps:
– Ensure the product is unused and send it back within 7 days of receiving it.
– Once we receive the product, our team will contact you to inquire about your preference for a replacement or refund.
– If you’re eligible for a refund, our team will request your bank details and process the refund within 1-2 days.
– For exchanges, we’ll send you the new package with your exchanged item. You’ll only need to pay for delivery charges.
